Registration module for the taskeval interface.
Registers a no-op 'taskeval' interface with the AdapterRegistry. This interface exists solely as a valid sentinel for ModelConfig when TaskEval evaluates pre-collected outputs. No LLM invocation occurs; the model is never called.
